The ordinary online classes have started again.
Calm medical yoga, slow and controlled exercises with focus on better spine mobility, breathing and relaxation.
Exercises can be done on the floor, on a yoga mat, or seated on a chair. Before each class I will send out a description of the exercises we will do.

You decide how often you want to participate in the classes. The first class is for free so that you can see if you like the online classes and the type of yoga that I do.
I use Zoom for the online classes, if you haven’t tried it before I will help you with an instruction and a test session.
